Inventory - Can I get this done on the same day the tenant moves in?

First time landlord here! I have booked an Openrent Inventory for the morning my tenants move in. As I understand I need to go through this with the tenants on check-in…but will the inventory report be ready immediately? I have seen it should be done as close to them moving in as possible which is why I booked it for the morning. I have not booked for check in with open rent, only inventory, so wasn’t sure how I go about taking the tenant through the report.

If anyone could help with how this process works I would be so grateful!

Although I have never used Openrent Inventory service, I believe it should be ready almost immediately after completion. I do my own and email it to the tenants. They are given a week to agree or dispute it before signing it digitally. Check in is just demonstrating that the smoke alarm works etc and show them how appliances work etc then handing over the keys.
