Is it anywhere in the platform where I can add feedback to my landlord? They failed on putting my deposit on the deposit scheme, agreed to give the deposit back and after a month only returned half the deposit and told us to just raise a dispute with the TSD, when done that we found out the deposit was never sent so we are not protected now and in discussion with Justice for Tenants. In the meantime they have put the property up for rent again and want to warn people before they rent out from them, any advise on how to do this?
I assume that Justice for Tenants are helping you with a penalty claim against the landlord for non-protection of the deposit? If not, have a look at the Shelter website on this issue.
