Just opened an account, want to leave

Hi, I’m not satisfied with open rent and want a refund within the cooling off period, i cant seem to find a way to do that. I bought into the hype and took their managed tenancy offer, which seems to take the money straight away, even though there is no tenant, and I cant access emergency services, as I am not my own tenant.

I don’t think anyone should do anything other than take their free package, and then see, as paying a fee doesn’t get you better customer service.
