I have paid the holding deposit and when the tenancy has not gone through, I contacted the agent to request my money back. I was told to do it through OpenRent.
I have received nothing back and all what I can see on payment history is the invoice.
Can anyone do something about this please?

But if you paid holding deposit to the agent or the LL not to OR you need to deal with agent or LL

Whoever created the advert on openrent, i.e. the landlord or the agent, needs to release the holding deposit via their open rent platform
