Please I made a payment for holding deposit £242 and house was not given to me the landlord said he returned my money to open more 10days now I haven’t received my money back. How do I get my funds back from open rent
I hope Open Rent will reply to your post confirming whether they have your deposit. We returned unwanted deposit a few days ago, and T received with no problem. It may be that the LL in question is lying to you and keeping your deposit.

Yes I paid the holding deposit via open rent the address is 161 wood end road it’s more than 10days now no return and I was blocked from writing the landlord
open rent will probably not be in till Monday . Hopefully they will reply
