Hi We just got to know about this assessment in England.
I read somewhere that this can be done by the landlords themselves. Any suggestion where to find reliable infomation?
I am sure our property has none cos the last tentants left very healthily, better than me and my partner. We do not have it either. but how can we prove the house is OK?
