When replying to tenants in ‘messaging’, where is this sent to? the tenants email, phone, both? We are unsure if responses to enquiries are being received. Thanks
It’s sent to the tenant’s OpenRent inbox. They also receive an email letting them know you’ve replied. We verify tenants email addresses when they sign up to ensure they are working addresses.
So if an applicant only leaves a mobile number and no email address, is my reply to them sent as a text or is nothing sent to them?
You can’t use OpenRent without an email - all tenants have email addresses associated with their accounts. You need an email to create an account.
