Most enquiries for viewings come through OpenRent email, But If a newly registered OpenRent tenant makes an enquiry and leaves a voicemail instead, if I respond in writing through OpenRent will the enquirer get my response by email ? Or could they have not registered an email address on OpenRent so my reply won’t get to them in which case I would need to call them to arrange the viewing ?

Basically I am receiving voicemails asking for viewings and sometimes they don’t even leave their phone number, so if I reply with a message on OpenRent will they get it ? thanks

If they don’t then surely that’s their lookout. I never bother with applicants who fail to respond to open rent messages. If they can’t monitor that themselves then they don’t meet my criteria for good communication. They should be chasing me for the property not the other way round
