I have tried to complete reference checks on the Open Bank site, but my bank Metro Bank, isn’t listed on their banks so it won’t let me opt in for this reference check platform. What do I do? I am about to close on a flat and the landlord doesn’t know how to check me without me uploading my bank onto Open Bank. Can I provide my bank statements/ payslips another way?

This has been the same for me I’m hoping to get this sorted after talking o someone today on the phone but hopefully I can get it sorted if not I’ll have to change my bank
