And for the last 2 years i didnt even have a front door that was secure or locked due to the police breaking it to do welfare checks as i tried from a month of moving in to get the landlord to fix the repairs and they did not do 1 thing so my mental health majorly deteriorated to the point i was trying to commit suicide daily o have now been homeless for 2 years i stayed with a cousin for a few months who just took advantage of me and used me as a slave in many ways so i went back homeless because again my mental state went right back down im looking for a nice quiet suitable accommodation to settle.and.be comfortable in to try and get myself back together i dont drink or do drugs and like to keep myself to myself with my art and craft selection im not looking for any drama or trouble i just want to try and fix my life again if its possible i can pproof of all of this im o ly trying to explain because i dont want that to be read i woukd like a landlord to understand why it went to court and that i had no other option so u know the whole story before deciding to let me any property
Thank you for reading

That’s quite an explanation, but I’m not sure what you are asking, so I’m not sure I can help. Cant find the ‘question mark’ in there anywhere.

I am curious though why… if your door was put in by the police for a ‘concern for welfare’ for you (I’ve assumed it was you or someone you allowed into your property), why have you been waiting for the Landlord to fix? This would be your responsibility… unless maybe it would be covered by Landlord Insurance, but this will cost the Landlord excess & higher premiums, so I can understand their reluctance to claim.

Going forward, I think you need to be careful what you share. As a Landlord, if a prospective tenant provided me with the explanation above for their situation, I’d probably not take the risk.

A Section 21 eviction would not show on your credit file, but I suspect a Section 8 (if you left debt for example) would.
