Need an inventory done tomorrow in GU21 2 area are there any inventory service providers who can fit me in.

You are unlikely to get someone at such short notice. You can do it yourself. I use smarter inventories.com (other apps are available) Just download the app to your phone and start taking pictures which will be date and time stamped. It gives you guidance on how to take photos and everything is categorised by room and you can make up your own categories. You can send it to your tenants and they are able to digitally sign it. It works out about £5.00 each and the first one is free.

Do it yourself. Download a detailed template and complete it. Then both you and tenant sign after theyve checked the property
