New or less experienced landlords information

I am an experienced overseas landlord and faced the challenge of looking for step by step guides myself and seen others are experiencing it in this community, so I thought it would be good to start a discussion and all share ideas of the sources of information.

Obviously the simpler and more comprehensive the source the better the information sharing experience will be. I like this site alot as very informative: Renting out your property: Landlord responsibilities - GOV.UK and it has the following links:

Making repairs - Renting out your property: Making repairs - GOV.UK

Rent increases - Renting out your property: Rent increases - GOV.UK

Settling disputes - Renting out your property: Settling disputes - GOV.UK

Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) - Renting out your property: Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) - GOV.UK

Paying tax and National Insurance - Renting out your property: Paying tax and National Insurance - GOV.UK

Changing a regulated tenancy (fair rent) - Renting out your property: Changing a regulated tenancy (fair rent) - GOV.UK

I have found almost everything I need on this site as the search is not perfect but good enough to find most things you need.

It will be interesting to hear of other links that offer simple and comprehensive information to landlords.

Apologies as there is a lot on that site and for new landlords like I was decades ago it can be information overload so I recommend this to new landlords How to let - GOV.UK
