I’ve had several similar enquiries - newly qualified doctor, currently doing bank/locum work until they start their new job at nearby hospital.
Salary at does not meet affordability criteria. Presumably, as not yet employed, references will be a problem. I feel wary but maybe over cautious. Would be interested in other views. Thanks

Normally though the training circuit starts in August not April so why would they be newly qualified in April
