Hi Colin,
I have reverse question. I’ve had boiler fully serviced and new certificate. Do I need to update it on here, as I keep getting reminders? Obviously I’m a proper landlord who doesn’t want taking to a small claims court - insert eye roll here…
I have never updated on Openrent As long as I have the certs to prove and give to the tenant I am happy
