My old tenant moving out at the end of tenancy period. I re-listed my property and after viewing a new tenant like our property. The new tenant moving in on 1st November. OpenRent didn’t accept company credit card for holding deposit therefore I requested them to transfer the holding deposit directly to my account. Now OpenRent doesn’t allow me to proceed with the new tenant. How do I create a new AST(assured short term tenancy agreement) ?
I called their support desk but both time agent could not help me. They have made this process so complicated. Poor user experience.
