I have tenants already but want to sign on a new digital AST using the Openrent/Rent Now site. How can i do this without having to create a listing etc? Tenants currently on the previous letting agents AST.

Why do you want a new AST?
You must create a skeleton listing, and then add them manually, and then select them as the succesful applicant, which will immediately close the listing down. However, openrent will expect to collect & register a new holding deposit & any deposit due under the new agreement, so this would duplicate the deposit already paid, which you’d then need to refund.
Its not straight forward, and unless you have a good reason to do so, it might be easier to just leave your existing AST in force.
