Hi, I’m looking for advice as I bring three existing tenants onto the OpenRent platform. I bought the house recently and during the purchase process I took possession of the tenants’ damage deposits. How do I add these damage deposits onto the platform on their behalf? Thanks

To gain full access to all OpenRent features, there is slightly more to it than simply bringing the deposit onto the platform. Currently the contract and way the tenancy was created sits fully outside of OpenRent, so it all needs to be brought in together - this will require the tenants to comply with the steps above.
You could alternatively do this at point of renewal if you’re not ready to do so now.
