Can you let me know how the one off Payment works is this per property we rent out or is it just a one off payment and no further fee down the line?
Also the additional service for collecting rent how much does this cost?

Hi, I’m not sure which payment you mean specifically, but all our services are tied to individual properties. So if you were paying for advertising, you would pay £29 per property. There are no hidden or mandatory ongoing fees.
