Openrent Complaints handling

How are people experiences of Openrent’s complaints handling? Can we do anything more?

I’ve been chasing photographs that are still not available two days after the photographer came with no progress except to be told it’s been escalated. Every day is a delay in advertising. Thanks

2 days after doesn’t sound long. What was the promised service standard for the service you have bought?

It also sounds like Openrent have acknowledged & escalated your complaint (all within these 2 days).

2 days is simply not enough time to be making a complaint.

What timescale was promised for photo availability?

I now know that it will take a week from ordering photography to receiving the photos.

It would be useful if they customers know timescales but I have them now.
