If paying for a service eg Photos and then once paid find that they cant do the date you need (I have a small window when Id like to get photographs taken can I cancel and get a full refund? Thank you
I think so, it’s happened to me before and I was automatically refunded once the service supplier confirmed they didn’t have availability.
