Hello all. Is anyone else finding that their rent, via the £10/month rent management service, is getting transferred across later and later in recent months ?

OpenRent will release all rent (excluding the initial rent payment at the start of the tenancy) within one working day of it being paid by the tenant(s). However, there are a few reasons that it might take a bit longer for the funds to reach you and it’s always worth remembering that while the majority of bank transfers are completed within hours it can occasionally take up to five working days.
