New landlord here. An oversees student would like to rent the property. How would you go about vetting them please? Any advice or tips or recommendation would be appreciated.
If they do not have a UK based guarantor take all the rent upfront, even if it is for 12 months or walk away.
Check the parent supporting them is able to ( check bank statements etc)
