Own Contract - but Open Rent collect Rent etc

Hi there

I am new to Open Rent

I want to use my own existing contract. It looks like Open Rent have a system to do this, but that as a part of this process I need to ‘cancel’ the Rent Now option once deposit collecting / referencing is complete.

However, I am confused. If ‘Rent Now’ is cancelled, does this mean Open Rent will not collect the rents for me?

Ideally I would like the rent to be collected by Open Rent, but use my own contract.

Any advice appreciated!

Not possible. Rent collection is only available as part on RentNow.

Where did you get the tenancy agreement template that you intend to use. I would recommend only using a recent one from a trusted source.
