I have paid the deposit and the first month rent through the open rent platform. However I have been still registered to pay a monthly rent through openrent platform. I have notified my landlord but his response was ‘he has no control over the notifications’. I really don’t want to be warned and be tarnish as ‘remained in arrears until the full balance is cleared’. Please could anyone assist me on this matter.
