Payment failed when doing RentNow

Hi,

A tenant whose holiding deposit I had previously rejected in favour of another tenant (who has now failed referencing so we are proceeding with this prospective tenant) is not able to start RentNow process again.

She has tried different cards but each time it says Payment Failed to her.

Does OpenRent portal block her from putting a holding deposit again because I had rejected her previous application?
