Tenancy migration

Hello,

I am having a lot of trouble setting up a new tenancy for an existing tenant (transfer to open rent). I have paid the £49 as Open Rent advised and set up an ‘advert’ but I have a few queries that I am unable to get answers about:

  • The advert is live and I am receiving enquiries but I only want my current tenant to use the advert when he is ready to pay his holding deposit.
  • My tenants current deposit is in a scheme. I cannot risk refunding this to the tenant (who still occupies my property) for them to transfer to Open Rent (and on to MyDeposits). I would much prefer to be able to transfer the deposit to MyDeposit myself.

Amy help would be much appreciated as I am reaching the point where I will have to cancel the whole thing :frowning:
