I am about to sign a tenancy agreement, but the letting agent is insisting I use my present address ( my own property which is completing sale tomorrow) as my post tenancy address. I have spoken to lots of people and they have all said use a family address, but letting agent won’t budge. Who is right?
the address you use is where you are living at the time of signing
I agree with Colin, but you should notify the tenants and the agent of your new address once you move.
