I am looking for a property to rent and potential property I’ve arranged a viewing for has been advertised 2 times already for the past six month with “Let agreed” status.
Should I be concerned?
I’ve had openrent mark property as let when I have removed it. Ie it hasn’t been let.
The tenant may have failed referencing and so remarketed.
Just don’t hand over any deposit or ID etc before viewing.
Ask landlord why this happened.
Ask in writing whether it was tenanted during that period and whegher the tenant made any complaints.
