Pregnant tenant question

Tenants have said they’re expecting a baby and want to know if a new contract will have to be drawn up?

They already have one minor there, and they are not on the contract since they are under 18.

So are we right to assume that the new arrival will not breach the terms of the current contract?

Any advice appreciated.

Still ok with present contract . ( however if it is the man who is pregnant it will be a sensation in Harley street and your street.)
