I posted a fairly ‘evocative’ rant aboutr 2 years ago regarding a Tenant who tended to bodge everything and drove me crazy. His partner, in her early 30’s suddenly and tragically died. Since then (more than a year ago), he, and his 3 young children have lived in the house and relations between him and I have been absolutely excellent. We have got over several major problems very happily and there has been no rancour whatsoever. I re-read my first post and was remorseful, this is to attempt some sort of re-compense. Thanks.
