I have 2 BTL properties in Liverpool city centre and wonder if anyone can recommend a good agent for full property management services?

I bought a flat for one of my children in north Liverpool and it just so happened the block was run by a management company that I had worked for as a builder A good firm Bundelsands Properties ltd. going for about 60 years . I do not know if they still manage properties as I am retired from building and have not asked my daughter do they still manage the place. Worth a shot
Lewis & Foy do things a little differently, if the company Colin has mentioned is not in existence any more.
They have their own maintenance team and is still very much a family affair.
