Can I ask why properties appear as though they’re available but when you enquire they are not. I thought everything advertised was actually available here?
As an example, I have one property currently listed as available. However, I have had many replies, and have viewings carried out, and arranged for the next two days.
Any enquiries are presently getting an auto reply, saying that due to this I do not expect to be following up further enquiries, as I epxect one or more of those viewings to result in applications.
I dont want to take the property offline, as if the viewings dont turn up or are not interested, I’ll need to go back to those who have enquiried to progress further.
The property you have enquiried about may involve a similar issue to for that Landlord.
