Hi I’m not getting many enquires (4 in total but none had much traction) despite the listing being live for 20 days. I dropped the price from £950 to £895 to be just under other nearby similar properties. In previous years I’ve been inundated with enquires (like 100+) and never had a void. Can you provide feedback or suggestions on what to improve? I don’t know if it’s bad time of year in general to be letting or just my listing specific. Thanks

I have requested viewings as ready to move ASAP on 3 separate properties and have not received any responses. Is there some kind of issue ? quite frustrating
