hi there i am currently in process of renting a property i have filled all the forms in with details and referee my pervious landlord lives in Greece and is hard of hearing and she is telling me she cant help me what else can i do
Have you signed up for the ‘Open Banking’ link during referencing as that would normally allow the rent payments to be verified from your bank account.
you can’t force your previous LL.to help you. Maybe try the LL before her if you had one.
Lots of LLs won’t pay much if any attention to current LL refs anyway - if you weren’t a good tenant they would still possibly give a good ref to help you move somewhere new. So a ref from a LL before your current one is better anyhow

thank you for reply , i have signed up for this i have also given an guarantor witch i hope helps , i been told if previous landlord does not reply they will continue with out why i supplied a guarantor do you think this will help

the ll has said she will not do referencing so supplied guarantor my previous place is living with parents
