Reference request fail to be delivered to US-based referee

I have been trying to add my current lettings agency email for the reference, but any email I try from them “Fails to Deliver”.These emails are the ones I routinely use to contact my agency, but in this case, they do not work. OpenRent suggested going to https://www.openrent.co.uk/referee with the referee’s unique code sent in the email, but the referee is not receiving any email.

Any other option? Alternative? Help? :sleepy_face:

I will reach out to you in an email shortly to assist you with this. In the meantime, it’s worth following up with your letting agent directly to ensure there isn’t a firewall or filter preventing them from receiving our emails.
