I am trying to get my employer reference done but for some reason they are not receiving the emails. The company do not have any blockers on emails as they are completing references all the time, they have been sent around 4 emails but they are not receiving this and not ending up in spam, there is also not a company mobile number that I am able to put down. Please help as this is very frustrating and delaying the process.

Get them to check their spam folders (sorry if obvious)

As David says, you can get in contact with our customer service team if your referee has not received our emails and they have checked their spam/junk folders.

My tenant’s referees have received nothing from poenrent.
Get them to check junk folder
