Hi all
I have had a tenants references pass by rent guard and have had the report etc. Open Rent status was complete two weeks ago but today it’s showing In Progress and the tenant has also had notification from Open Rent saying she hasn’t uploaded employer reference details. However I called Rent Guard two weeks ago about a similar issue regarding the status of a reference and they said Open Rent had an issue on their website regarding references displaying the opposite of what the actual status is. Can anyone confirm? I have contacted Open Rent and just waiting for a reply. All I want to do is continue with Rent Now and complete a contract for the tenant.
