I need to verify my employers contract confirmation I tried contacting rent guard they said they don’t deal with referencing on open rent no more so now I’m stuck what do I do I have what’s required I have a company bordered letter by my accounts manager confirming my work contract for me for the referencing but I can’t seem to get hold of anyone to send this to so I can go onto the next steps

I wonder who is doing referencing for OpenRent then if it isn’t RentGuard
Tbh I always thought rentguard referencing was rubbish. I always do my own check on top of. They have missed CCJs before and won’t call employers.
