My potential tenant is going thru income verification but his employer/boss is refusing to to cooperate fill details. Can this tenant sent to openrent his bank statements payslip contract somwhere on email? Or upload this files somehow?
Hopefully if using OpenRent referencing, salary can be confirmed via open banking. However, this does not confirm what basis they are employed or if they are not on notice.
I would be concerned why they are refusing to respond, I would suggest the employer not responding is your prospective tenants issue not yours at this stage.
