I’m trying to process an application, instead of using rent now credit, it’s asking to pay £30 for referencing, when I try to do so, it then doesn’t load a payment screen.
Is the website broken or is something going on with my account? It’s impossible to call anyone

That is why they say they are “a little different to other agents” Other agents have a telephone number. Openrent prefer the internet as it is cheaper for them in time and people

And you will be told
which explains why not included in your original Rent Now payment. This is for the tenancy agreement creation and access to other services like Rent Collection which can’t be purchased on a standalone basis
Must admit I don’t really understand why OR say it is ‘part of’ Rent Now when it can be purchased entirely separately without purchasing Rent Now. Seems like they don’t mean ‘part of’ literally. But that may just be an error by Google AI summarizing OR stuff
