I am confused about OpenRent services, particularly the Rent Now. Is Rent Now a package. I don’t want to be duplicating payments when i have already purchased a package. For example, i can see that Full Tenancy Creation £69 includes referencing. But each time you reference a tenant you still pay £20. How does it work? I am hoping that someone can throw some light into this for me.

Thanks Kar111, i thought i saw Full Tenancy Creation somewhere as a package that includes referencing. I’m still learning how the services work. I assume then there is no package that includes everything.
RentNow includes everything but referencing as the number of references are unknown… eg x1 tenant, or x2 tenants plus x 2 guarantors etc…etc
Thank you Karl11. Referencing seems like a lottery. How easy is it for tenants to pass their affordability check. Majority of tenants don’t have guarantors. Then you go ahead to reference their guarantors. It is really like gambling because you never know what you might get back. A tenant showing a pot full of cash only to turn out to be fabrications.
