I am a prospective tenant. Reference was done and it showing letting history unreliable because i did not include a uk phone number of the landlord. I incuded her email address we use for comms and contract exchange. Landlord lives abroad.
New landlord asked why and i have explained, i offer to give their email address for direct communication, i can ask the bank to confirm long residency, i also said may be letter dated back 11 years ago, request bank statements.
As a tenant not sure what else to do please. I feel reall sad, can i send driver license. Not sure what to do here.

Just checked the full report, Landlord address was same as mine because they’re abroad. Could this be the problem.
