if I have paid two months rent upfront starting 16/6 when is my next payment due.
am I right in thinking it would be 16/8??

It’s usually 1 month in advance & 1 month as a deposit which must be protected under a government approved deposit scheme.
You should have the details in your tenancy agreement or ask your landlord.
I’d say your next rent payment is probably due in July.
