I use OpenRent rent collection. Usually tenants set standing order, OpenRent send me emails to receive the fund, and by evening rental is transferred to my bank. However this time I have received email from OpenRent on 7th , money still not appeared yet. It has never happened before, is there anything wrong with OpenRent bank system?
What does the email say about when you’ll receive the funds? Typically these things have a period of a couple of working days before funds appear in your bank account.
They said normally next working day but could be in three working day
I think this is a hope for the best, prepare for the worst type of situation. I imagine it’ll be with you today.
So you only received the email yesterday. I think you are bit premature to start panicking yet.

A quick update, my bank received the rent. TBH, the customer service of OpenRent is very good, even you can’t contact them through the phone, however, they trying to respond your email very quickly
