Section 13 - Do you attach Guidance Notes?

Hi everyone,
Apologies for silly question, but do you attached the “Guidance notes for Tenants” and/or “Guidance notes for Landlords” when serving a Section 13 (Form 4)?

I seem to have fathomed the very confusing para’s 3 and 4, but am unclear whether I’m meant to attach the explanatory notes or not.

Previous rent increases have been by mutual agreement, but I feel I should get into the habit of using Section 13 now.

I attach all the guidance notes so there is no dispute or debate whether it has been issued correctly or not.

Yeah, I guess that’s the safest thing to do. Just didn’t want to over complicate matters
