Does anyone know if I can amend the standard contract produced by Open Rent - to suit my particular circumstances as a Landlord - and if that’s easy to do with this service?

It is very easy to do it — but we do recommend caution when adding clauses, as we aren’t able to advice on the legality of things you put in the contract yourself!
