Hi, I would like to get some help regarding the tenancy agreement. I am landlord of a property which I listed through open rent. I bought this property through my limited company where myself and my wife are directors.
I created the tenancy agreement, in which I added two tenants, one guarantor and two landlords (myself and my my wife). All my tenants and grantor have signed the tenancy agreement. At moment the tenancy agreement is waiting for my wife to provide her signature - (landlord co-signatory) (awaiting signature). But she didn’t get any mail regarding signature. Can you please help
