Hi anyone, I am the landlord and I have an email from Openrent saying they are canceling the renewal of the 12 month tenancy. I understood that it automatically morphs into a periodic tenancy contract. Am I missing something here? If it is currently an ongoing periodic tenancy that is just how i want - with no changes. Can someone advise me? Many thanks, Rod
I’ve not heard of this happening before. All my tenancies automatically become rolling periodic after the fixed term. Might be worth contacting Openrent themselves to check about this cancellation notification.
