Hello
My tenant has damaged the footpath/walkway (broken the slabs) in my property which is beside the driveway, by driving their vehicles across the path. I have asked them to fix this as this is not fair usage. They have responded saying its part of my obligation to fix exterior of property and the walkway/footpath was designed for parking cars rather than walking.
Please anyone with ideas how to resolve this issue
