Hi guys,
When a “Request to View” comes in from a prospective tenant I will get both a text and an email notification, which is great. However, I do not receive either, when subsequent messages are exchanged via OR. Unless I frequently check ‘Tenant Enquiries’ in ‘Live Listings’ I would not know that a prospective tenant was trying to contact me. Is there anyway that I could get notifications/alerts in this event?
